PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.181/2023 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 398 of IPC in Crime No.181 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant was working as a sales man of TASMAC shop, while he was on duty on 01.08.2023, three unknown persons said to have entered into the shop with billhooks, abused and attacked him by demanding money. Hence, the present complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are nine previous cases pending against the petitioner. He further submitted that the respondent police after completing the investigation, has filed a charge sheet on 19.10.2023 through E-filing No.43 of 2023 and it has not been taken on file so far. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no question of bail at this stage.
