Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.244/a2/2015 dated 10.08.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to pay the subsistence allowance for the suspension period between 25.11.2015 and 30.08.2016 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
