Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry and to suitably instruct to 5th respondent to remove the encroachment made by the 6th respondent in public pathway in S.F.No. 121 of Poolangudi Village, Thiruverrmbur taluk.
