O R D E R
This writ petition is filed for writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order, dated 25.09.2017 and to direct the respondents to forbear the respondents from insisting of employees contribution in order to pay pension.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has paid the employee contribution along with interest. Now, the amount is transferred to the Pension Trust and the petitioner is receiving pension. However, the learned Standing Counsel further submitted that he has no instructions whether the arrears have been paid.
3. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion if the arrears is not paid, the same shall be paid at the earliest. For the reasons stated 3/5
