O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his willful, deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9891 of 2016 dated 23.06.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.06.2016, enquiry was conducted on the complaint of the petitioner and the same was closed on 11.08.2016 and closure report was sent to the petitioner on 12.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Since the order of this Court dated 23.06.2016 was complied with, there is no necessity to pass any further order in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent forum to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
