(MD).No.12223 of 2015, dated 07.04.2016 and punish the respondents.

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.320/A2/2015 dated 6.7.15 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the 4th respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T Assistant (Mathematics) w.e.f 16.6.11 without reference to Teacher Eligibility Test in conformity with the judgement rendered by the Honourable Court in the case of Pramati Educational and Cultural Trust and other Vs.Union of India and others reported in (2014) 4MLJ 486 (SC) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 07.04.2016, made in M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2015 in W.P.(MD).No.12223 of 2015 has been complied with.
3. Recording the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. Registry is directed to post the main Writ Petition on 19.01.2017 for final hearing.
