ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the demand notice issued in No. 007461/19376/2017/66 dated 21.06.2017 by the first respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that pursuant to the interim orders granted by this Court, the connection points of the petitioner were identified as 409 and a revised notice was also issued and revenue recovery proceedings had also been initiated against the petitioner. Challenging the very same revenue recovery proceedings, the petitioner had filed W.P.(MD) No.12171 of 2024.

3. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
