ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.55 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022 is pending on the file of the second respondent under the supervision of the first respondent within stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppathur and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.169 of 2022.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. 16.12.2022 Index :
