Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's application dated 09.03.2015 by giving sufficient notices and opportunities to the respondents 5 and 6 and conclude the same within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.8110 of 2016, dated 26.04.2016. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in the above said writ petition has been complied with.

3.Recording the above said submission, the contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, challenge the order passed by the respondent, if she is so advised. No costs.
