The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to forbear the Respondent No.5 from functioning as AlBayyinah Matriculation School without recognition under Section 10 of Code of Regulations for Matriculation School in Survey No. 458/3A2, in an extent of 0.57.5 hectare situated at Kilakarai Municipality, Ramanathapuram District.

By producing the proceedings of the second respondent in O.Mu.No.4027/Aa4/2017 dated 17.07.2017, learned counsel for the fifth respondent submitted that recognition has been granted to the fifth respondent school.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
