2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.63 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under 294(b) & 506(i) of IPC. So far no progress in the investigation. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur on 05.08.2021 and the same was taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.240 of 2021. Now it was posted on 30.01.2023 for further process.

4.Since final report has been filed and taken cognizance by the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

5.This petition is dismissed as infructuous.
