Petitions COMMON PRAYER: Contempt Petitions are filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents herein for willfully and deliberately committing contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court passed in W.P.Nos.12049, 12050 and 12051 of 2012, dated 18.07.2014.

Prayer in WP(MD). 12049/ 2012 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings passed by the 4th respondent in A. Thi. Mu.No. 1789/A5/12 dated 12.03.2012 and quash the same and consequently

direct the respondents to approve the petitioner's appointment as Record Clerk from 05.01.2011.

Prayer in WP(MD). 12050/ 2012 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings passed by the 4th Respondent A.Thi.Mu.No.1788/A5/12, dated 12-03-2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to approve the Petitioner's appointment as Laboratory Assistant from 05-01-2011. Prayer in WP(MD). 12051/ 2012 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings passed by the 4th respondent in A. Thi. Mu.No. 1787/A5/12 dated 12.03.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the petitioner's appointment as Office Assistant from 05.01.2011.
