ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police to transfer the investigation in connection with Crime No.191/2022, dated 23.06.2022, on the file of the second respondent to any other officer in Madurai District and to file final report. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner's complaint was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. in Crime No.191 of 2022, on 23.06.2022, the second respondent has neither altered the case nor proceeded with the investigation in right direction. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent may be directed to complete the investigation in Crime NO.191 of 2022, within a time stipulated by this Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.191 of 2022 and file final report, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent. 5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
