O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Executive Officer of a Town Panchayat, seeking a mandamus to consider his representation for revocation of his suspension order.

2. The petitioner herein was suspended by the second respondent herein vide his proceedings dated 31.01.2024, on the ground that the petitioner was implicated in a Vigilance Trap Case. The petitioner herein has given representations to the second respondent on 24.06.2024 and 07.11.2024, seeking revocation of the order of suspension on the ground that he has been falsely implicated in the Vigilance Trap/Criminal case. Since, the said request has not been considered by the authorities, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the writ petitioner in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022, and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
