This petition has been filed to amend the order dated 18.11.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8048 of 2019 in Para No.2, as 'learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy' instead of 'learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli'. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.16349 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the above said order in para No.2 the 'learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli', was directed to complete the proceedings instead of the 'learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy' and prays to correct the above said mistake. 3.This petition is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in this regard and issue fresh order copy.
