When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a civil suit in O.S.No.79 of 2022 is pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram for cancelling the document and therefore, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Both the parties are directed to agitate their rights in the pending suit. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No vsm 2/4
