ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4906 of 2016 dated 12.04.2016.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the respondent has registered the case in Crime No.233 of 2016 on 01.06.2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323 and 324 of I.P.C., as directed by this Court in the above said Criminal Original Petition. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondent.
