Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to permit lay Steel Bridge at 12/907 of Thovalai Channel to access the petitioner properties on the basis of petitioner representation dated 16.11.2015 forthwith and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
