Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to issue a Writ or Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent District Educational Officer in A.Thi.Mu.No.3634/Aa1/09 dated 05.07.2009, the Director in O.Mu.No.31836/D2/E2/12 dated 18.05.2012 and the sequential proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent Joint Director in Na.Ka.No.61745/D2/E2/2013 dated 05.08.2013 quash the same and direct the 4th respondent District Educational Officer herein to approve forthwith the Appointment of petitioner as Junior Assistant in the 5th respondent school namely capron Hall Secondary School for Girl, Madurai w.e.f.No.26.02.2009 with all affendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.1757 of 2016 directed the respondents herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner within a period of six weeks. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the fourth respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.980/A4/2016, dated 13.02.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
