This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the willful disobedience of the order, dated 29.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.6134 of 2016. 2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 04.11.2016, the Head Surveyor is present today and reported that already the property has been measured on 13.11.2016.
