O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his willful, deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7433 of 2016 dated 03.06.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.06.2016, enquiry was conducted on the complaint of the petitioner and the same was closed on 10.08.2016 and closure report was served on the petitioner through registered post and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the acknowledgement card and copy of the closure report is produced into the Court.

3.Since the order of this Court dated 03.06.2016 was complied with, there is no necessity to pass any further order in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
