O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to re-open the case in Crime No.104 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police Ponnamaravathi Police Station/second respondent herein and transfer the investigation of the above case to any other Inspector of Police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after receiving the closure report, the petitioner made objection before the concerned trial Court. Now, it is posted on 04.12.2023 for filing objection.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above said trial process be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
