The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the First Respondent to return Petitioner's passport bearing No.G7222990, dated 16.04.2008 to the Petitioner within a time frame. 2.

Learned Counsel for the First Respondent on instruction submitted that after filing of the Writ Petition, the period of the Passport has expired on 14.05.2018 and the said passport has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.1991 of 2017 returned to the Petitioner to apply for Passport afresh in accordance with law. Learned Counsel for the First Respondent has also filed a memo to that effect and the same is recorded. 3.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing remains for further consideration. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation. No costs.
