O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.20748 of 2015 directed the respondents herein to approve the appointment of non-teaching staff in the petitioner school within a period of six weeks. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the third respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.3100/A1/2015, dated 07.02.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
