The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondents have committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13672 of 2015 dated 21.07.2015.

2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.23 of 2015 and closed as 'action dropped' on 08.10.2016 and Referred Charge Sheet notice has also been served to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondent.
