O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry against the respondents 6 to 8 and 10 to 14 for their act of foisting false case against the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2017.

2.It is seen that as directed by this Court, dated 13.10.2017, the Inspector of CBCID, Tirunelveli, has completed the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2018 and sent a final report for approval and awaiting for reply.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed and no further order is required. However, the Inspector of CBCID, Tirunelveli, is directed to file a final report as directed by this Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed.
