Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to pay a sum of Rs. 20,06,701/- approximately towards Gratuity, Pension Commutation, P.F. Amount, Unavailed leave salary payable at the time of retirement, Social Security amount, and Unavailed Leave salary payable for the years from 2010 to 2014 along with 18% interest.
