PRAYER :- To relax the condition of staying at Vellore and reporting before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore daily at 10.30 am in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6022 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.847 of 2024, dated 04.08.2025 on the file of this Court from 15.09.2025 to 19.09.2025. 1/4

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.12645 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.847 of 2025, dated 04.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's mother died on 17.08.2025 and since he has to perform 30th day ceremony, he went to Rameswaram and hence, he was not in a position to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore as directed by this Court and that the petitioner has appeared before the concerned Court today (i.e.,19.09.2025)

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that without getting permission from this Court, he absented himself and today only, he appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore.

5. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner without getting permission moved away from the Vellore and failed to appear before the concerned Court for four days.

6. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to relax the condition for four days. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed for four days ie., from 15.09.2025 to 19.09.2025. Further, the petitioner is directed not to leave the Vellore without prior permission of this Court and appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, daily at 10.30 am until further orders. In case of any violation, the same will be viewed very seriously.

7. With the above direction, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
