Common Prayer: Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of the contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate the contempt proceedings against the third respondent herein for their wilful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.6542 to 6544 & 6546 of 2014 dated 28.04.2014 and punish them accordingly. Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of order passed by the 3rd respondent in A.THE.MU.No. 7175/A5/2013 dated 11.09.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioners from 17.07.2013 and further direct the respondents to disburse all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner from 17.07.2013 .

Prayer in WP(MD). 6543/ 2014 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of order passed by 3rd respondent in OM.U.No.9176/B5/2013 dated 04.02.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioners from 17.07.2013 and further direct the respondents to disburse all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner from 17.07.2013. Prayer in WP(MD). 6544/ 2014 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of order passed by the 3rd respondent in OM.U.NO.8805/B2/2013/ dated 6.3.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioners from 19.09.2013 and further direct the respondents to disburse all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner from 10.09.2013. Prayer in WP(MD). 6546/ 2014 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of order passed by 3rd respondent in Na.Ka. No.8772/A3/2013 dated 21.01.214 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioners from 17.07.2013 and further direct the respondents to disburse all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner from 17.07.2013. For Petitioner in all Cont.P's : Mr.S.Chellapandian For Respondents : Mr.A.K.Baskara Panidan, 1 to 3 Special Government Pleader.

COMMON ORDER Heard Mr.S.Chellapandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Panidan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents in all Contempt Petitions. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 28.04.2014 in W.P.(MD) Nos.6542 to 6544 & 6546 of 2016 has been complied with by issuing proceedings dated 15.12.2016.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made an endorsement to that effect.
