O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file the charge sheet in Cr.No.252 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.252 of 2022, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 406, 420, 427, 448 & 506(ii) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2022, so far no progress is made in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within 2 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
