ORDER

The challenge in the writ petition is the increased demand of rent.

2. Pending this writ petition, an interim order had been made directing the petitioner to pay the old rent + 50% of the enhanced rent and that the petitioner has been paying the same. In the interregnum, the entire complex was demolished in 2018 and a new complex had also been put up by the respondent, in which the shops have been allotted based upon the auction conducted by him.

3. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
