These matters have been listed today(05.11.2025), under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner indicating that in Paragraph No.5 of the orders dated 22.09.2025, instead of disbursing eligible benefits to the petitioner under the wage settlement with interest, the respondents have been wrongly directed to disburse the delayed payment to the petitioner with interest.

2. In view of the same, the Paragraph No.5 of all the orders dated 22.09.2025, is modified as follows:

" 5. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to release the eligible benefits to the petitioner together with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursement, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy to the parties, after carrying out the corrections.
