For Petitioner : Mr.M.Subash Babu For respondent : Mr.K.Anbarasan Government Advocate (Criminal side) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the common order passed by this court, dated 15.12.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.23835 to 23844 of 2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate ( Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that against the Crime Nos.733 of 2010, 469 of 2011, 1023 of 2011, 1028 of 2011, 1056 of 2011, 1088 of 2011, 1089 of 2011, 83 of 2012, 84 of 2012, and 1057 of 2011, charge sheet filed in C.C.Nos.247 to 255 of 2016 and 107 of 2015 respectively. It is further submitted that in respect of Crime No.234 of 2011, charge sheet has been filed on 05.03.2016 and it was not taken on file by the court concerned.
