ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Driver of the respondent Transport Corporation challenging an order of suspension, dated 28.04.2023 on the ground that he was involved in a fatal accident.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Transport Corporation brought to the notice of the Court that the order of suspension has already been revoked on 07.07.2023 on condition that the petitioner should undergo a training. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, though the petitioner has completed the training on the basis of order, dated 07.07.2023, revoking the order of suspension was not served upon him.

3. In view of the fact that the order of suspension has already been revoked, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. On completion of training, the petitioner is directed to join duty.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
