ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the respondents from creating obstructions on the petition mentioned pathway. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the respondents do not propose to create any obstruction on the petition mentioned pathway. It is further submitted that the petition mentioned pathway is not a public pathway. Drawing my attention to the representation given by the petitioners, it is submitted by the respondents that the obstruction is being caused by one Muruganantham. Therefore, the petitioners will have to necessarily move the jurisdictional Civil Court for relief against the said Muruganantham.

3.With this liberty to the writ petitioners to move the jurisdictional Civil Court, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
