ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.28 of 2005 against the fourth respondent and after decreeing the suit, the petitioner has obtained a sale deed in his favour from the Court and also possession from the Court. He would further submit that the fourth respondent preferred a complaint against the petitioner as if the petitioner had taken her land.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the fourth respondent has been 2/4

giving complaint repeatedly and on that basis, CSR.No.1169 of 2022 came to be registered and that since civil suit is pending between the parties, they are going to close the complaint shortly.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
