ORDER

Heard Mr. Mr. D.Venkatesh, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. K.Govindarajan, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondent to grant permission for conducting Kollukanji Thaneer Panthal at Vinayagar Temple situated near Idumban Sannathi, Malaiaikovil, Palani for 3 days during Panguni Uthiram festival of every year by considering the representation made by the Petitioner dated 19.04.2022 in that regard.

It is brought to notice that by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5314/2022/A6 dated 25.02.2023, the said representation has been disposed and its copy has been placed on record.

In view of the subsequent events after the filing of the Writ Petition, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter, but if the Petitioner is still 2/4

have any grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
