Prayer in WP(MD). 17835/ 2014 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the pattas given to the Respondents 4 to 9 and restore the property to an extent of 1 acre and 60 cents in Survey No. 212/7 of Porunthalur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur Dsitrict and restore the property to an extent of 3 acres and 88 cents in Survey No. 217 of Porunthalur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur Dsitrict, to the name of Arulmigu Sakkalamman as per the Petitioner s representations dated 18.11.2013, 16.07.2014, 18.08.2014 and 01.09.2014 given to the respondents 3, 2 and 1 respectively.
