ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the Look Out Circular as against the respondents 4 and 5, till the disposal of the case in Crime No.21 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent police station.

Earlier, the petitioner had filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13078 of 2022, seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 therein, to issue a Look Out Circular as against the respondents 5 to 7 therein, till the disposal of the cases in Crime Nos.241 and 21 of 2022, on the file of the second and third respondents therein and this Court, vide order, dated 20.07.2022, directed the Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District, to take suitable action for securing the fifth respondent therein, by issuing a Look Out Circular. The petitioner is the defacto complainant and the respondents 6 and 7 therein are 2/5

the parents of the fifth respondent therein. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking orders to issue a Look Out Circular as against the respondents 4 and 5 herein, who are the in-laws of the petitioner.

3. It is evident from the records that the FIR in Crime No.21 of 2022, dated 06.06.2022, came to be registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, as against five accused persons. The allegations levelled against the respondents 4 and 5 herein are vague and general in nature. Moreover, as rightly contended by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the allegations were general in nature, this Court has rejected the prayer so far as the parents of the first accused were concerned in the earlier order. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction in this regard.
