2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and on carefully reading the order passed by the Court below, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail petition and accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
