Side)(for R5) :Mr.R.Mohana Sundarar (for R1 to R4) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 4 by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.13427 of 2025, dated 12.08.2025.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the 2/6

defacto complainant. He further submitted that the respondents 1 to 4 had violated the condition imposed by this Court in the anticipatory bail petition. He further submitted that the based on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife, the respondents 1 to 4 intimidated the petitioner's wife. Hence, he seeks to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife, the respondent Police conducted enquiry current Paper No.G3/E-11441795/2062/2025 and closed the same, wherein it is clearly stated that there is no such event at all.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances and taking note of the submission 3/6

of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police and also taking note of the fact that except the above reason, the petitioner has not shown any other valid reason or ground for cancelling the anticipatory, this Court is not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 4.

5.In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
