Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.9675 of 2015, dated 16.06.2015.

Prayer in WP(MD). 9675/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to grant patta to the petitioner for his house site measuring 2850 sq.ft. comprised in old S. No. 68/1 and New S. No. 68/32 situated at Keezhpuli Village, Pazhangulam Panchayat, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, on the basis of registered sale deed dated 17.09.1956 with nil encumbrance, as per the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2015 within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
