ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on hearing on this day and upon perusing the eariler order dated 1/2/2024 and 20/11/2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the learned subordinate judge,Patttukottai D.No.389/2025 dated 30/04/2025, this Court made the following order:

A request was made by the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai, for extending the time by three months to dispose of the suit in OS No.20 of 2021.

2. His request dated 30.04.2025, which was received on 8th May, 2025 is accepted.

3. The request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai, is reasonable and therefore, time for disposal of the suit is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
