Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th Respondents to settle the balance till amount Rs.2,87,000/- with 18% interest for the belated payment periods to the Petitioner forthwith.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order, dated 14.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.10418 of 2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has paid a sum of Rs.2,87,000/-, as per the direction issued by this Court and he would further submit that there are some balance amount is pending with the respondent and that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

amount may be directed to be paid.

3.Since the order only covers a sum of Rs.2,87,000/-, which amount has been paid, there is no violation of the order, hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities seeking for the balance amount. On making such representation before the respondent, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass suitable orders.
