ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11244 of 2025 dated 23.07.2025. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 18 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 18 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11244 of 2025 dated 23.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11244 of 2025 dated 23.07.2025 is modified as ''the petitioners 1 and 2 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The 3rd petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.''
