This petition is filed to punish the respondent for misleading this court in Cont.P(MD)No.267 of 2016(against Crl.O.P (MD)No.12344 of 2015), dated 09.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate ( Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after investigation, the case was already closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the RCS notice was also served on the petitioner.
