ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.11 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as against the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,20.12.2022), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 20.12.2022 das 2/4
