Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned order, made by the 2nd Respondent dated 08.01.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pay and make good to the petitioner a sum of Rs.44,381/- towards the medical expenses incurred by the petitioner for her son within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the willful disobedience of the order, dated 12.10.2015 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13159 of 2015. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader placing on record the order passed by the respondents, dated 14.10.2016, would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
