ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1" respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.07.2025 in Complaint.No.30042.

2. Mr.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The facts as set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition are as follows:- The petitioner would submit that the property in S.No.111/3B at Kongar Puliyagulam, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District originally belonged to one Nallusamy, who is the husband of the petitioner herein. The said Nallusamy had executed a gift deed in favour of the petitioner under a registered gift deed dated 17.06.2004 bearing Doc.No.547 of 2/4

2004. Thereafter, the petitioner had executed a gift deed in favour of her elder son viz., the 3rd respondent herein on 13.10.2015, believing that the 3rd respondent would take care of the petitioner and her husband. However, the 3rd respondent failed to take care of his parents. Therefore, the petitioner has made a complaint before the 2nd respondent in complaint No.30042, dated 28.07.2025 and the same has not been considered to date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents 1 and 2. Since the writ petition is filed only seeking early disposal of the complaint, orders are being passed in the writ petition without notice to the 3rd respondent at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass final orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.07.2025 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
