[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has not made appearance. We have heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. It is seen from the records that earlier, a Division Bench of this Court issued a direction to consider the representation. It is brought to our notice that some action has been taken in the matter of desilting Dams. We had an occasion to deal with the similar case Yesterday (22.09.2016).

3. Having regard to all the above, we do not find any reason to proceed further in this Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
